Got a new male puppy.  He's a purebred Australian Cattle Dog (ACD), or a Red Heeler.  I suck at naming pets, so give me some ideas Arfcom.  I brought him home on Monday.  He's 8 weeks old.  The first day or so he was getting used to being away from his mom and litter mates.  Four days later, he's ruling the household, like a boss.  Like any ACD, he is going to be a stubborn SOB.

Pic of him at 4 weeks taken by the breeder.

Pic of his first at day home, 8 weeks old.

Not David Copperfield.

I actually like the name Copper.  I was thinking "Rusty" or "Rufus" due to his coloring.  Copper has a better ring to it.

I like that name, and the meaning behind it. My vote is Brick.
