If you are talking M16 not M16A1 I would take the Colt it has the biggest improvements that should have been in the original M16 but were not. Chrome lining, bird cage FH and forward assist which would be useful in this environment.
Not to mention the 16-14.5 barrel collapsable stock would be much better than a 20" fixed stock rifle in dense jungle where you are macheteing your way through. |
