Yeah, I want to take advice from Ralph Nader about getting to "fair taxation."
There was a subset of Libertarians who argued for Obama on a "Liberaltarian" basis in 2008. The idea was that they'd combine progressive ideas on social issues with Libertarian ideas on free markets. Needless to say, the progressives utterly ignored the Libertarians after pocketing their vote. |

This is why I want Rand in for President NOW and Cruz as VP or something that holds power. Let them get what they want/need done now and get out, to inspire and make way for other like-minded individuals to run. |

Nader sees relatively low-hanging fruit in opposing "sovereignty-shredding global trade agreements, Wall Street bailouts, the overweening expansion of Federal Reserve power, and the serious intrusions of the USA PATRIOT Act against freedom and privacy." He also articulates loftier, if not fully fleshed out, aspirations to "push for environmentalism," "reform health care," and "control more of the commons that we already own."" To me that looks like a good list depending on what "push for environmentalism" and "reform healthcare" entail. We can assume not the ACA since it was written post passage. Let's try to keep the conversation centered on Cruz since I think that is the more important topic. Thanks. The econ collapse was roted in the federal government messing with klending, basically telling banks lend or else. and the the sweetheart "don't worry when its all screwed up, you'lll be nmade whole. The banks screwed up by taking the deal and not standing up and exposing the rotten crap. Well, let me see here.
Man is senator from Illinois. Senator's wife works at hospital holding a "very important position" and "earns" $250.000 per year. Hospital gets $2,500,000 per year in Federal grants. Senator gets elected president. Senators wife no longer works at hospital. Her former position remains unfilled. I see no conflict in interest in either case.
