The MSM will wail and gnash teeth at mean Republicans.
Obama will try and fund the agencies through executive orders. The admin is trying to run out the clock on all scandals. After FBHO is out of office the MSM will say "What difference does it make now?"

The only way to "punish" government is for those responsible to go to prison, and for that 15% to come out of payroll and pensions rather than the operating budget.

Not really, they did not. This means just deferring their 10,000 Sig buy and 1,000,000 rounds of 9mm for their agents.
What they really should do is, starting 2015, require Zero Based Budgeting every 3 years, with full House of Rep. voting majority for approval full floor discussion required, with no closure vote allowed. |

And the Senate won't go along with that cut in funding, so it'll go to the conference committee where the IRS will get full funding. Yay, losers.

How about really punishing the IRS by abolishing income tax, followed up by a getting the USA back on the gold standard, and eliminating the FED. That'll show'em. |

15% ?!! That's laughable.
So, all of upper management will still get their bonuses and maybe a few lower rung people don't get hired. Big Deal! 15% is nothing. |
