... We just sold our "Guns Systems" facility in Mesa, AZ to them. They build the canons for the AH-64D Longbow and F-22. I could hit their underground gun range with a rock from our ground run-up pit.

What plant are you looking into? I think there's a large development and manufacturing (ammo mostly) plant here in Minnesota just about 15 minutes away. I'm not sure where their HQ is, or if it's here in MN. They make some REALLY COOL SH!T!
