I am thinking of buying some land in WVA, close to the VA line for hunting and shooting sports, and maybe a lodge at some point. Does anyone live in the area or have some info that could help me out?

I live in martinsburg,about 20 min down I 81 from hagerstown md,and 20 min above winchester va.
