Go to the following link to submit a claim if you bought a music CD in the last 5 years.

Form is very simple to fill and no proof is required (I'm sure that everyone must have bought at least one music CD in the last 5 years).

However, if more than 8 million people submit a claim, individuals will not receive a payment.
