Nick at Night has become one of my fav channels due to the old shows such as "All in the Family', "Barney Miller", etc.

One thing I did notice was the amount of shows that I think were not all that good. First & foremost was "Dick Van Dyke". Take away Morey Amsterdam & Rose Marie & it REALLY sucks, IMO.

Three's Company also has to be the GD STUPIDEST show ever made. I watch it with the sound off so I can see Suzanne Summers.

Any others?????????

What was that ninja show in the 80's, with the young hero who drove a van with a hamster wheel on the dash, and Lee Van Cleef as the ninja master?

That was pretty fucking ridiculous.

If you could edit out everything in the show except her, then it would be watchable. Note that she was in "90210" too, and it sucked hard as well.

Can you guess which township?
Can you guess how many times he made us watch the re-runs on tape? [:D]

It would be difficult to beat this show:

But even this show seems downright cerebral when you compare it to the cartoons that were produced in the 70s and later!

Let's be honest, 'Scooby-Doo' sucked!

ETH beat me to it. My Mother The Car with Jerry Van Dyke was a major stinker. Let's not forget:
Captain Nice
Apple's Way
Bridget Loves Bernie
Emergency
Chips
The Waltons
Welcome Back Kotter
Knight Rider

I still think the I love Lucy was probably the worst show ever aired. Scooby Doo was then and is now completely retarded.

Sorry, guys, but I loved The A-Team (until they got caught, that is), and Emergency (which was a DAMN good show).

In my opinion, the absolute WORST show in history has to be Galactica 1980. What a way to RUIN a perfectly good (though admitedly hokey) program!

When those little punks started jumping through the air to sow the cornfield while singing that stupid jingle, I gave up and started rooting for the Cylons!

A few times; HBO specials, Johnny Carson, Letterman, etc. Actully his stand-up routines irritated me even more so. Then again, I'm more of a George Carlin, Sam Kinnison, Andrew Dice Clay, Eddie Murphy type of person. [:D]

Hey now - you wouldn't be including Star Blazers in that would you? Sure it ranked right up there with "Air Wolf" in believability, but it was cool. Mostly because I was 12 years old, but cool nonetheless. (Air Wolf has to rank on up there too near the top. Even back then, we knew it was horrible acting but we endured it to see the cool helicopter.)

Edited to add - I got 6 stitches inspired by Emergency - can anyone top my count?
