That's what I thought too. But, they might be thinking he's not really serious since he's 'circling' and 'threatening' instead of just doing it.
He may end up doing it but, odds are, if the plane is small enough, it will do less damage to the building than the possible wreckage falling on the city from being shot down? Don't know really, I just hope it works out that no people or property are hurt and they can take this guy and pull his fingernails off for a while... |

I guess the Germans want terrorists to know that if you load a Cesna up with fertilizer, they will give the pilot plenty of time to locate his target.
Resnick may be the authour from a quick search. You guys listening to this bullshit. These experts sure don't know shit about a F16. |
