I was just wondering if, when a firearms dealer sells a LEO/Military item such as hi-cap mags do he/she have to keep a file on record of who purchased that and with what credentials?  I'm just curious.  Thanks for your time.

OK, Dickweed!  I never mentioned a civilian purchasing LEO/Military equipment!  I simply asked if there was a paper trail!!  So get of my azz you copwannabee!
