My hand is getting tired of scratching the hubby's back almost everyday. I think I'm getting arthritis in my age.  I think the hubby is going to have scratch his own back by using a back scratcher. So, where can I buy a good back scratcher? It seems like the good ones are hard to find.

soo_nay_nay: My wife bought me a bamboo back-scratcher from one of those Chinese curio shops. It is mighty strong, and I have put it to good use, and it was cheap too, something like $3.

Option A: Drive an 8-penny nail through a 1/2 inch dowel rod. Cut to desired length.

Option B: Remove shirt, and lay on carpet.  With feet firmly planted on carpet, scoot yourself along.  It is the same concept as the boresnake, "140 times more surface contact".

Option C: Dollar stores usually have plastic ones that say "Have a nice day!" on them.  Cost is usually about a buck.

I wish all lifes problems were this easy to solve!

You probably already have one!
Any wall, corner, or door jam.
Now I'll admit I'm a caveman.  I had to learn from watching the bears!

If your on this site you should already have a handy back scratcher on your Ar15. Just pop the rear take down pin,  remove the carrier and use the charging handle.
