If it is to much of a hassle I have a baseball bat.

What a big man he must feel like. This makes me mad.

So this guy got the death penalty, which is applied how often in Kali???
Same as life in prison, except that he won't be in general pop, where the others could deliver the sentence LONG before Kali ever gets around to it.

Exactly!

Westerfield will most likely die of natural causes before his sentence is carried out. [V]

From the CNN article:

"Despite the sentence, it is likely Westerfield will die in prison: More than 600 inmates are currently on California's death row awaiting execution.

Additionally, California law provides an automatic appeal to all death sentences."

Face it folks, this creep is going to spend the rest of his life eating quiche and organic-grown vegan meals in the Hotel California, while being held up as an example of all that is wicked in America (the death penalty, I mean) by the likes of Barbara Streisand.

Meanwhile, this poor little girl's family is going to be paying the electric bill for his cable TV via their taxes.

This is California. Be happy he got convicted. He might have been elected governer were it not for the DNA.

We have 600 on death row.
Fox states we have executed 10 people since 1976.

Do the math. He'll die on death row of old age.

California is close to being a death penalty state in name only.

Maybe the COs could "accidently" toss him in with the rest of the prison population for an hour or two.

...and repeat the process as often as necessary.

IIRC they found her blood and DNA in his house and trailer and then it took close to 2 weeks for him to be arrested.

If this is correct, my question is.  How the fuck did her father contain himself living down the block and having that knowledge?  If it were me, and I know the legal, moral, and all the other fallout that would come, I would have slaughtered that fucker like an animal.  I do not think I would have the will to not at least try and kill the person that would do that to my daughter.  As for death row?  He'll die there.

Amen. I can assure you that the Keystone Cops would still be looking for that scumbag's body, too. No body, no murder charges.

This is one of the reasons I think I don't have kids, I'd do the same as you've suggested. I kill him so bad they'd have to come up with new forms of forensic science to put that SOB back together just to bury him.

God forgive me, what I think about this man.

For fucking maggots like this guy we need to bring back public executions, and for this particular scum sucker I'm thinking a tree stump and a dude with a very dull axe is in order.  Face up of course, and no blindfold.

I can understand how you feel but if you have a wife and kids that are depending on you for support what will that accomplish?  You'll get your revenge and your family will suffer while you rot in jail.  Of course if I was on the jury I’d hang it and not you.

That dirt bag won't die of old age in jail.  Somebody will do him in.

IIRC the victim's father was banned from the courtroom for asking too many questions about how Westerfield was brought to and from the courthouse. After all, we must protect that piece of shit, even if it means denying a father the right to see his daughter's killer convicted. I also love it when they put those scumbags in bulletproof vests for "their protection". This is one f****d up country. It makes me sick.

Too bad this happened in Kalifornistan rather than Texas.

Remember that dumb bitch who drowned her 5 kids? Idiot did it in Texas. Anyone remember what happened to her? I think she was convicted.

The jury sentenced Andrea Yates to life in prison for the drowning of her five children. She will be eligible for parole in 40 years.

Yeah, but remember she's in a women's prison.  She killed her own kids and is in a building full of women who would kill for the chance to see theirs.  For her, that's forty years of solitary.

As for this....hmmm, don't want to insult the animals...thing in California; I don't normally pray for the horrible, gruesome, painful, torturous death of other people, but in this case I'll make an exception, and I'm sure God will understand and happily accomodate.

Heck, I'll happily pay for the electric bill, and they can use my extension cord to fry this bastard!

There is nothing I, nor anyone on this board, (or on God's green Earth for that matter), could do, that could atone for the loss of one of my children.  The revenge, no matter how horrific, would still be hollow with my loved one gone.

I would let God serve him his justice and pray for the living family.

more people need to read John Grisham's "A Time to Kill".

Man, I pray every day that nobody ever EVER hurts one of my kids.

and people wonder why I keep a rifle, pistol, shovel and tarp in my truck's toolbox...

Corpus, what corpus?

Remember the guy in Atlanta about ten years ago that shot his son's convicted molester in the head right in Atlanta Hartsfield airport?  How sublime!  What great justice!

It has been so long ago, I can't even remember if the perp killed the boy.  I think he was the kid's karate coach and it turned out the "coach" was also a homo pedophile!  He got caught and went to trial and was convicted and sentenced to the pen for a few years.

After the conviction, the lawmen were escorting the asshole through the airport to his plane to the prison when Dad, who had been waiting while faking talking on a phone on the wall, suddenly turned around from the phone bank, drew his piece and put a big one in the perp's right temple.  Justice served!

Because the case was big news down there, the TV tapes were rolling when Dad did the deed and it was beautiful!

I think that anyone who kills, molests, or rapes, or abuses a child like that deserves to be executed, painfully, and quickly!

I would stake the rat bastard out vertically and spreadeagled on a large target frame...at say 100 meters.  Then I'd have me some target practice, beginning at the digits and toes and work my way to center mass.  I would use standard 5.56mm ball so as not to shorten the pain too much.  You know...that might take some time...so I'd have to go downrange to find out how the bastard was doing too.

I fucking hate the thought of that prick living in the Hotel Kalifornia.  We do things a bit differently here than in my former home.  I'd even like to see the time to happy juice shortened here too.  Society does NOT need these rats wasting our precious oxygen and H20.
