Anyone in Arizona that went to the Tempe block party might have seen this. As I walk into the party, I expected to see the normal uniformed police officers. However, to my surprise, not only did they have the uniformed officers but they had officers decked out in swat gear walking around in pairs. One with a 12 guage and the other one with an M4(I think, couldn;t get a good view) I was suprised at the amount of firepower they were carying around. makes me wonder if they were expecting something to happen.
