If any of you are active LEO or PI types or just general computer internet gurus who have the know how will you please help me find an address and or phone number for a Diane Radi she lives in Tulsa Oklahoma and is approximately 30 years old. My wife and her were friends back in school and my wife has been trying for years and years to locate her with no leads until a week ago she was told that she still lives here in Tulsa. I told my wife if anyone can help with ideas on how to find her the guys and gals here could. Thanks for any and all help. Any and all phone numbers for a "Radi" in Tulsa Oklahoma will be helpfull.

I just went through all of the net phone number searches that I know of and I can't find anyone with the last name Radi in the whole state of Oklahoma.

Many states have opened up vehicle registration files and driving records to the public. Try the Ok. BMV (or whatever they call it) Another approach that you may find on line is the Court system where she lives. There may be a record of a traffic ticket, an arrest or even a Police report made through the local P.D., all public record. The local Probate Court may have a record of a marriage license application or divorce. People can be found if you are willing to put in the work. If she's in the book, call information, it may be as simple as that.

I have tried several phone number searches and tried searching in the newspaper and records searches but all cost money or memberships. Tomorrow am planning on calling to the county courthouse to check on marriage or divorce paperwork for her name. I should probably just break down and spend some cash and sign up for one of the people search sites/ncic type search services.
