Do you know of a Visa card that uses MS Money direct statements and provides cash back rebates?  There are a kazillion credit cards out there and my eyes are bulging from reading all of the terms.

Direct statements can be configured so that when you select "Internet Updates" within MS money all of the recent transactions are downloaded.  Web statements require the use of a browser to go to the CC website, login, select a time period, download and import the transactions.  Discover Card offers direct statements and cash back.  I am looking for the same thing only in a Visa.
