1. WE CONDEMN the capture, hostage and torture of Muslims around the world in the name of fighting 'Terrorism'.

WE WARN that unless the Muslims in captivity in Guantánamo Bay, Britain, the US, Germany, Italy, Holland etc… are released, that unless all western Military personnel leave Muslim land, that unless the West stops supporting the dictatorial regimes in Muslim countries such as the Fahd and Mubarak regimes and unless they stop killing and supporting the murder of Muslims in Palestine, Chechnya, Kashmir, Iraq and Afghanistan; then there will be further retaliation against Western Civilians as well as Western Military personnel in Muslim countries.

3. The imprisonment of innocent Muslims in the West is testimony to the FAILURE OF CAPITALISM and its tenets of Freedom, which are evidently self-contradictory and totally unsuitable to look after the affairs of mankind. In reality ones life, wealth, honour and security have little sanctity under man-made law. We therefore urge all peoples to look at the alternative supreme ideology of Islam as a law and order which history proves is able to meet the basic needs of all people and protect their sanctity. Indeed, only under the Islamic State (Al-Khilafah) were Muslims, Christians and Jews ever truly able to live peacefully side-by-side.

4. Let Muslims worldwide learn from this new CRUSADE AGAINST ISLAM AND MUSLIMS termed 'fighting Terrorism.' This is an open war against Muslims who seek to defend themselves by way of Jihad and/or call for the implementation of the Shari'ah i.e. Al-Khilafah. The war led by Britain and America is aimed at keeping Muslims under the shackles of man-made law, at usurping Muslim resources for their own greed and trying to ensure the suppression of the Mujahideen, Muslim movements and activists calling for the Islamic Ruling System (Al-Khilafah)."
