Years ago a St.Louis traffic copper pilot Alan Barklidge(sp?) was hijacked by a female with a revolver.
She ordered him to fly to Marion prison in Southern Illinois. She wanted him to fly into the prison yard and get her convict boyfriend. When they got there Alan realized the guards would shoot him down and he decided to take action. Vietnam veteran Alan, begain flying erracticly, got the .38 from her and GUNNED HER DOWN ! |
