Is the "For Law Enforcement Only" stamping a company thing, not a legally imposed thing? (At least at the Federal level?)

Last time I checked, there was nothing illegal about putting a folding stock on a pump-action shotgun.

It's perfectly legal to have it on a pump gun. However, $275 is a little steep. I bought one on E-bay for around $25 shipped not too long ago. |
