Smells scam everywhich way.   Something I didn't apply for, yet they don't ask for any money.  They have a web site http://patientsavingsalliance.com/ which is scammy and appears to be a renamed operation from similar operation.



Weird thing it was sent to me using a "RESIDENT CODER #HB ddd - dddd" format, not a name and street address



I shredded the cards but trying to find the angle.  Has to be identity theft by linking the use of this card to the card user's other information.



Anyone else get these?
