... it would be to STOP with the dialog boxes, for fuck sakes!

Every video now has all these dialog boxes saying, "Subscribe to my channel!", or "See my other video on this subject", or "Click here for the update to this video", or some other bullshit. If you MUST do this, flash it up there and them STOP ... don't leave it up through the whole friggin video! And DON'T put up multiple aggravating boxes!

Yes, I know you can look around and find the tiny "x" and close the box, but you by god shouldn't have to.

And on that subject, if the dialog box is at the top like many are, you can't close it because the toolbar drops down when your mouse goes there and obscures it.

That is all.

I want to see more unboxings!
A twenty minute video where they open a box and show you what is inside, something that you or I do in less than a minute.

It's most prevalent in Apple videos, and I'll never understand it.

How that ever became a "thing" is beyond me.

Here's my suggestion (assuming you're creating original content on a regular basis):

PLEASE for the love of God, save some of your beer money (or whatever) and buy a decent microphone. You don't need a $500 studio mic, just something a step above whatever is in your webcam, or that POS headset you're wearing.

Also, if you hold your phone up to the TV and decide to share that instead of capturing and encoding the video properly, you can kindly go fuck yourself and die in a fire.

That's another one, especially in car videos.

There's nothing more infuriating than trying to listen to a 60's American V8 singing at 7,000rpm, over Nickleback.

And to you NFL "hardest hits" assholes: Enough with P.O.D - Boom. Fuck you. Enough, already. We get it. Fuck you again, for good measure.

Mine would be to edit the videos down to the good part, and not make the viewer sit through the first 50% of the video where nothing is happening.

Often I skip immediately to the 1/3 point in a video because almost always the beginning is just a waste of time.

And another thing, don't chop off the action immediately after the climax.  We see this way too often.

In the example below, I want to savor a bit of the aftermath.  Can he move?  Is he dead?  Anything broken and dangling?  Where's the blood?  So many unanswered questions...

Lol. This. No one wants to listen to you cough, answer your phone or talk to whomever is in the room with you.

And 2+ on the shitty music!

Now I'm in the mood to bitch.

Stop with the 5 minutes of un-neccessary video leading up to the 5 seconds of video mentioned in the title.

Enough of the intros from people/groups I've never heard of and never will again. Your video on "How to Make Beer in Your Basement" doesn't need a 45 second lead-in from your "production company."
