Disorderly conduct my ass. Considering that a Delta pilot was just yanked from a flight out of Norfolk for having booze on his breath, I bet this guy could contest this charge and win. Then countersue the assmonkeys that brought it up. Hmmm, Comair was the airline mentioned in this story, and they happen to be Delta parter for commuter traffic (along with ASA, Sky West, and one or two more). A lawyer could probably draw a conclusion in court with that.
