It's from rotten.com, under powerline thief. There are 8 shots. Apparently this took place in Russia. The guy was attempting to steel insulators! [b]This man was found atop a transmission pole after an unsuccessful attempt to steal aluminum power cable in a state of the former Soviet Union.
