When the AWB Sunsets in 2004, will the ban on mags over 10 rounds also sunset??

Please, no comments about how "it'll be renewed instantly either way" - Does anybody actually know whether the hi cap ban is set to sunset?

All prophesy aside as to whether or not a new ban will go into effect, if the current one is allowed to go away, then yes, the 10 round ban on a federal level will go away as well.  Some states have banned original caps, and that would stay.
