Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Anyone else goin' to a Cristmas party tonight?

Me and the missus are gettin' all dolled up to go to B'ham's swankiest place where the elite meet to beat the heat and greet while having a drink and something to eat, The Club.  Open bar, lotsa shrimps, etc.  Then, onto nightcaps and maybe some pool downtown.  I may not feel so good tomorrow!

I have boycotted the company Christmas party for years.  It's a long story that has been on going for over 12 years.  

I won't get into it on a public board.  

As far as your party, I hope you and the little lady have a great time.  Take a taxi if you both plan on drinking.  Want you to have a great Christmas not the D.U.I./D.W.I. thing.

Luckily, the missus is not much of a drinker, while I enjoy puttin' 'em away.  Thusly, when we go out together, I'm assured of a DD!!!  Point me to the bar!

So tomorrow night Miz Arock and I got TWO parties.  Oh Yeah! that's nice with free chow and booze and all.  Only prob is one is black tie hunters and the other is biker trash like me.  That's gonna be fun.  I'll go anywhere with free booze so we'll be both places.  Ain't gonna change clothes.  So what's the dress gonna be?  Tux and colors or t-shirt painted like a tux?
