I just refuse to believe that those womenz would marry or even be associated with anyone that buys guns. The only womenz that I have seen at the fun shows are at most 1/2 as nice looking and have the "how much longer do I have to be here?" scowl on their faces.

She had a budget going in, (She told me that she only needed a shotshell pouch.) and promptly spent five times that on stuff for Christmas gifts. No, I didn't go in after she got back. So, my wife went Christmas shopping at a gun show by herself! |

Plain and simple - "our wives" are the hottest. Most hard core shooters will pretty much make sure their mate is as well, I know I picked a good one. [:)]
In my case I figure this, she's married to me and that alone deserves credit, and has had to 'put up' with 10 years of me purchasing gun/parts/accessories/ammo. Shes 'purchased' (or given me the go ahead) 2 AKs, 1 AR and a FAL for me. Countless rounds of ammo and probably over 2k just in gun parts/mags. She knows this whole 'gun culture' thing is one of my passions in life and fully supports our beliefs. Shes even come home from work to discuss the 3 to 1 battering she received in her defense of the 2nd Amendment...and she stands her ground. Thats my wife in a nutshell and that bronzed skin and those almond eyes [;)] she walks the line between hardcore and sweetness. Love her to death. Well Hiram, sis-inlaw is a good gal with a heart of gold - and as much as I've been accused of 'not liking' her...turning her over to you would confirm that [;)] As well as you might say to me in six months - "Why did you do that to me?" as you weep. Ever see "War of the Roses"....you'd be living it. LOL
She's hard to figure out - sort of a liberal conservative -has some core progun/prohunting views, dosent like Hillary, leans Republican but votes for Nader. Rebellious care free lifestyle at age 37 (IIRC). Cofuses the hell outta me. I couldnt do that to you...but remember, my wife will most likely be coming out with us in January for the meet. So put yer best 'big collar' shirt on, bring your resume and I'm sure she'll report back to her sister...and probably never allow me to go to another one of our meets again [:D] |
