I was born in North Carolina, but consider myself a Tennessean. Do you love your state of residence or do you call another place home?

Born in Virginia, grew up in Wisconsin and Michigan and have lived in Maine, as well...but I love Alabama, where I've spent more than half my life.

The South Rocks!

So yes.

Born and raised in Michigan.

Love the place, hate the FSA and collectivist asswipes that are concentrated in the Southeast corner that drag the whole state down.

There's good and bad about all four states I've lived in. I love my family and this state puts me the closest to the most of my family and my wife's family so I love my current state, which is also where I was born.

Yes. After living in California, Oklahoma, Texas, Kentucky, Washington, and Oregon, I like Oregon the best.

Of course, I avoid the liberal-infested big cities.

This, but I would add seriously sick of the liberal mindset of a lot of the populous and the taxes that are killing this state. I love Michigan, it's a beautiful place, but am ready to move to a more friendly freedom loving state where they don't think you can solve everything by raising the taxes on it's citizens and businesses.

Grew up in GA and still consider it home, but have lived in TX for the past 2 years.
TX is very good, minus the hassle involved in getting a CHL and no OC.

Born in WV. Lived in New Mexico, Montana, North Carolina, West Virginia and Ohio all by the time I was 5 years old.
Started school and finished school in Ohio. Moved back to WV and lived there for 12 years then moved back to Ohio

in 1990 and been here for the last 24 years working for the same company. I am a hillbilly at heart and WV will always

be home.

Is there still an active effort for northern Fulton county to break away and form its own county?

My parents live in northern Sandy Springs, and would love to see their property value increase overnight.

Nope. I hate Florida.

Too many Liberals, Illegals, Snowbirds, FSA and Northern transplants. Too many people in general.

The only good thing about this place is the weather.

I do, but we have a lot of Democrats trying to take over, and a lot of FSA here because of what the democrats are doing to the coal industry. They're killing us in this state, and surrounding, and trying to get the people dependent on them.

Well before the FSA was the majority? Yeah back in the 80s and 90s I liked Ohio.

I'd rather live out west in Colorado or Utah.  Haven't seen enough of Texas to rule out a move. I was real close to moving to Colorado 5 years ago.  If they don't get their shit straight it will suck to keep them on the "no go" list. I'm doing a western motorcycle tour this summer to get a better feel of several states.

The Libs in Lansing, Ann Arbor, and the shithole suburbs in Wayne and Oakland county are leaving as thier secondary industry jobs dry up.
As long as we can keep the rural folks and "Out state voters" motivated, we can out vote the bastards everytime.

Ag was the states leading industry for a couple years, and is still #2.
Farm Bureau has more sway than the UAW, and there isn't a Farmer in the state that isn't sick of the local Property taxes.
If the nerd gets a second term, look for comprehensive Tax reform.

There is no other 'state.'  I was born here, grew up here, and I would rather live overseas before I moved down to America.

Hell, I may end up in Canuckistan, and probably will, but the idea of holding allegiance, no matter how tenuous, to that inbred German fuckwit future king gives me the creeps.

There is nothing that could get me to live to the south of Idaho or east of Montana.  Nothing.

Slight adjustment to fit myself , other than that though.....it sums it up nicely .

I've lived in Michigan ....and Ohio....and Oklahoma....and Florida....and New Hampshire ....but came back here and settled down for good. Greater Portland is infested with slags , the economy is bad , the job market worse , but it is home and I love it here in the middle of the woods
