Just got back home, show was excellent! Picked up a sprinfield 1911 38 super.
This guy had AR Mags looked just like new Colts, they were from England. 30 rounders 17.95. I got 5. Had fun wish I could have met some of you there.

Well, I didn't plan on going because of babysitting the new pooch, but... a pal from lodge called so we went for a couple of hours. He bought a SAR 1 for about $300.00 clams, a couple of 30 rounders for $10.00 each, another reason to buy an AK! I bought a like new Marlin 60 for $85.00. I also bought my uncle some Dewey cleaning equip for his new AR.......

Great show! I saw those English 30 rounders!! Almost picked up a few, but passed. Same vendor had some great priced on ACOG, Trijicon, etc. He makes it to a BUNCH of shows. (No doubt Niles next weekend...)

MANY NICE SP1's. All about 1550 to $1650. I've always wanted to join the "Club" of "Folks who own AR-15 type rifles that read AR-15 on the side..."

I was impressed at the friendliness of all the vendors. They were making a killing! Frank (The guy with all the ARs, armalite Natl match blemishes, and pistols on the pegs) sold out of  tactical latches and the grip I wanted... Sherluk came through though...

Anyone see the guy that had the table full of FALs? He had some MGs for sale too! (Makes me want to take the tax stamp plunge!!!)

Hopefully, the AR15.com T-shirt shows up before the Niles show. I'd like to meet a few folks, just to say hello!

Nope. I am an Ohioan that lives off rt 70, near St. Clairsville. I try to shoot daily at Lewis Wetzel outside of Wheeling, WV.

Was there some distinguishing mark that made you think the guy at Grand Valley was me? (A tattoo of a coffee mug or something?)

Was a heck of a show. Allmost elbow to elbow. Nice to see that many active fellow gunners.
