Before any of the wiseguys get started, I am aware this is ar15.com. I come here because I have an AR. Just wanted to pass along the deal I just got. It's a Mossberg 500 Realtree camo 12ga. with a 20" barrel and fiber optic sights. I got it from Dick's, as the title of the post says, on clearance for 10% off of $249.95 and then another 10% off of that for signing up for their credit card. In the end I paid $222.38 out the door. To say I was pleased would be an understatement. I'm not sure if this is a national deal or a local one, but I thought I'd pass it along. |

Doesn't sound all that great. I got one with a field barrel and a slug barrel with a shitty scope for $270 a couple years ago. $20 more for a slug barrel is worth it

Just passing along a good deal... Taking a leap here, but more times than not pro-gun=conservative. Conservative=pro-business, capitalism and freedom of choice. Maybe Dick's made a decision that they thought was in the best interest of their company, financially or otherwise. Time will tell whether that is true or not. And you have the right to not shop there, but $100 says 9 out of 10 of you would buy something there if it was a good enough deal and you needed it. You just wouldn't brag about it on arfcom. For those of you saying you can get a better deal, post it. |
