Evidently it is alive and well. Just sent some fabric samples to China valued at $300 and clearly marked NOT FOR RESALE. In China the package was charged duty, tax and a VAT of $68.00! Whether we want it or not our rulers shove it down our throats. Global Climate Change taxes are right around the corner. Fuck us!
