Why doesn't the article just say that many of those 15 - 19 year olds are likely gang-bangers with stolen guns?

Another article on the same topic says that 84% of the shootings involve 15-19 year olds and at least mentions gangs.

The media reporting bad shit about guns has NEVER happened before. Write them an email telling them to report the WHOLE FUCKING STORY on each person injured. |
