I buy the 72 count pre-cooked Hormel bacon at Sam's Club for $11.
I think it's pretty tasty.  |

we used to in the fall , made bacon and blood sausage when we butchered a few pigs... life was simpler then

We have been making bacon and hams out of cheap pork butts. The half without the bone for bacon and the bone half for a ham.
