Not horrible if you add in what you would pay for shipping from online.
Check here for comparison.

this stuff'll be selling for a buck a round during the next panic.  If ya have the money, stick it in your stash and wait to profit.

Fuck me, for some reason I read 7.62X39. My bad dude. $267 for a case of Tula is high in my book, but only because I got used to paying $200/case prior to the panic. If you are out of ammo then yeah go for it. Not a bad deal at todays prices.

I fired two magazines worth of TulAmmo and the insides of my AR looked like a .22 rimfire that hadn't been cleaned in 30 years.

Never again!

Single stage press is where time goes to die. That being said mine has paid for itself a few times over by now.

I'd do it OP, its not like ammo prices often go down.

If you want to hoard it, just to say you have ammo, go right ahead.  If you want to do some shooting, buy something, anything else.  I've seen Tulammo cause more problems than any other brand, in all kinds of guns.

I'd be pretty tempted to buy it just to put away until the next panic.

I reload on a single stage, and I still buy steel case ammo every time I see some at walmarts.

Stel case is for plinking. Precision loads come off the press.

It's cheaper than the last price I remember from Walmart (5.27/20 plus tax).

Of Wolf and Tula I prefer Wolf. If you need it get it.

No such issues here..A little dirty, yes..like 22LR...no way.

I use conversion kits all the time so a little cleaning is needed.

TulAmmo was so bad I'd rather go without shooting than use it.

ok, so lube/clean your gun a bit more & fire it at a normal rate of fire which for an M4 is (Sustained) - 12-15 rounds per minute

Local places and Wally were all ~$4.99/box of tula or bear around here 2 summers ago.
A case online was definitely cheaper.

I have no problems shooting cheap steel ammo, if I was in the market I'd buy now at .25c. It'll go cheaper IMHO, but it's basically a 2 year low.
If I was buying ten cases or whatever I'd prob wait to see if it dips back to .18-19.

Tula goes for around $5.16 a box of 20 at the local Wally World.  That comes out to $258 per 1,000 plus tax.  Of course, you've gotta buy it 3 boxes at a time
