Boom 53-46.
Trick question though, I do not think they should be licensed |
|
Good to hear it is being discussed.
Is there any chance of it actually occurring over there? |
|
What, you don't like the obsolete caliber pistols you can possess now, as long as you never get ammo for them?
Hit. |

Most of us UK shooters have Section 1 licences already. We just need to get handguns moved from Section 5 to Section 1 Baby steps. |

Hit it several times. Didn't Ireland lift the ban on hanguns a few years back, after having banned them for years?

Mine was manufactured in 1956 and taken from an Argentinian officer in the Falklands War in 1982. Other guys I shoot with have modern 1911s and other modern firearms. I was looking at a Colt Pythin the other day….very nice for a wheel gun. We also have guys who have Glocks and other contemporary handguns for humane dispatch. Thanks though…… I hope something comes of it too. It;s just a case of keep chipping away and working to get the stupid legislation removed. |

Did any one catch the part of the article where the guy states he doesnt want the american system where fully auto matic repeating rifles can be purchased at a local "supermarket" gun store? Do brits really believe this? Hell I wish it was that easy!

Mr Farage said: “I would not like us to go to the American System which strikes me as being absolutely crazy that you can go and buy automatic repeating rifles down at a local gun shop that looks more like a supermarket. View Quote Mr Farage should be informed that he is safer in the United States with our "absolutely crazy" system then he is in great Britain. |
