as far as the AR lower ..all I needed was a punch set, and a hex key/tool for the pistol grip..  A hammer would as be nice but I just used the large punch as the hammer.. also I used cloth tape to wrap around the punch when the bolt catch went in as not to scracth the lower..

overall lower build time. 30 min, and it was my first one.

as far as the upper and the rest you listed.. dont know...
