They couldn't prove it was happening, but the but butchering facilities said that is where they were selling it to clients to use.
So they did a taste test and fried some up they bought in an asian market and sure enough no one could pick out which was fried bung and which one was squid. Apparently the both look and taste alike. So next time you order an appetizer....check the packaging first.
