So I have been trying to find a way to put a scope on my CZ M6 Scout. I was able to put a 1' rail on it, so it only fits one ring.

Now it will be used for .22lr only really, but if I use the .410, not sure how well it will hold up. Looking for a cheap scope for it.

Thought about this one.

BSA Pistol Scope

Any Ideas? Thanks!

I've never went that far, but I did mount a scope on a .22lr with both rings behind the adjustment turrets, and it held zero for the couple of years I left it like that.

Holy cow, you put a whole foot of rail on and can only fit one ring?

ETA: maybe try something like this?(just googled have no Idea if this is your predicament)

Also, should I place it in front of the turrets or behind? does that matter for stability?

Thanks!

For a 22lr with a horrible push bar for a trigger, a loose scope may improve accuracy

Seriously, it's made to be simple rugged survival gun,  You will loose utility and wont be happy with the accuracy regardless if the scope stabilizes,  FWIW, you could probably get a compact scope with one ring to perform ok,  If you can't dot i's with the 22lr quickly give it a 410 blast

Depends on recoil and scope weight.

Also, one ring might actually hold better if there are some bad alignment issues between two rings.

Use a one piece mount, kind of like this,

Well, the irons shoot 6" to the left at 50 yds.. The "trigger" isn't bad. Though I use it like a real trigger. I place my finger on the ridge area and squeeze. Really isn't so bad. Especially for what it is.

Who makes that? Also, I dont want to spend too much on it. It really isn't worth it.

The ring I have, I like though, because you can still use the irons.

I don't know who makes that one, but I bet it is expensive.

Here is one for $23 shipped that should work.

FTW.

eta:  A cheap version should be fine for that rifle.  I'd be leery of only one ring on the scope, though.  If it got caughg or impacted on the unsupported end of the scope, it could damage the tube, the mount, or both.

You'll have some eye relief issues using a pistol scope in a rifle configuration.

Have you ever used a pistol scope?

No, I havent. I did think of that. I just need a small scope and those are the smallest I've found.

I have seen some custom Mauser that had one ring on the scope, and the other ring (sculpted half-ring) soldered to the obj bell

Take a trip to your LGS and try them out.  You can get short low magnification optics for shotguns that would probably be better.
