Really? I let him in and asked him how loud it sounded. He said it sounded about normal, but apartments are thin and it may sound loud next door. ????? Fucking wow. I told him ok. Well, when I hear them slamming their cabinets should I call you? Or let it go as people being people? Jeez, I need to fucking move. Country boy ain't got no business being in an apartment.

I lived in an apartment a few times, until I bought a house. If you want to play your music loud, buy a house. I lived in an apartment once where I would get woken up by the girl downstairs getting serviced frequently. You can hear everything in an apartment.

My apartment is more soundproof than any house I have ever been in. They made each unit soundproof, but then put on the shitty metal exterior doors so I can hear things outside, but never heard the people above/next to me once.
