Video game dispute ends in ax attack Police say two brothers got into a dispute over a video game that turned violent. It happened around 5 a.m. Wednesday. Officials say 18-year-old Luke Marshall was playing a video game with a friend when he was told to be quiet by his older brother. Once his friend left, they say Marshall got very upset, grabbing a double headed medieval ax, and striking his older brother with it. The 21-year-old victim suffered cuts to his right wrist and right leg, and needed 8 stitches.   |

Well that was smart...he just turned 18 and he is going to have a violent criminal record. He had better hope that he can plead down those charges so he's not stuck with a felony.
