My guess would be that inaccessible is an actual word and unaccessible is not.

I don't think I've ever heard the word 'unaccessible' before. I doubt its legitimacy.
ETA: My spell check doesn't like 'unaccessible'. |

FWIW
To me anyway.
Inaccessible means that is hard to get to. Unaccessible means that no matter what you can't get to it. It is impossible to get to. |
