Well, have you? While beating around the local junkyard today for a window switch I found a nice Kobalt socket set under the seat of a totaled out Chevy. There was also a large bloody spider webbed circular head shaped imprint in the windshield . Do I now have a possibly haunted tool set?

Cool finds so far! Besides the teeth of course. Between most of my friends we do alot of projects and working on vehicles. A good friend of mine found a mason jar full of unknown pills in a firebird last year as well as a box of .22 in another vehicle. If I could find .22 today I'd throw a party. The tools just happen to be the most recent find.

I pull the carpet back on any pre 1970(ish) car I find in the boneyard.
Found a few silver coins that way.
Not much else otherwise. The yard I go to has a very thorough prep crew.

When I was in junior high school we would go to the tow truck lot where wrecked vehicles were towed after accidents and look around.  This was the 60's and cars were not as safe back then.  Lots of collapsed steering wheels and blood.  Many cars didn't even have seat belts back then.

Got all the lighting,  led and strobe mix,  controller,  PA, radios,  antennaes,  sirens,  gun locks, Video camera/mic system complete with the video that ended the cars life.

I took out the insides of a custom van (mid 70's) to install in my bone stock Dodge van;
panels fit perfectly.

Whilst removing them, I noticed some bullet holes in the back, above
the door; I wuz expecting bags of white powder, kash or sumptin to come falling out of
the ceiling, but only got the cool shag carpet covered interior,,,,,

Former bodyman.  Hair and scalp in windshield breaks, one guy found a hand and was cutting off a quarter panel with a torch and about a dozen shotgun shells fell out as we were torching it.  We did have an old guy that was the "yard guy" that would go through every car as they bought them digging out spare change.  I use to screw with him all the time holding up a $10 or a $20 while I was pulling the interior and told him he missed another one.  After the third time I did this, he started pulling the interiors for me . I would even throw in an occasional $10 bill before he got started just to keep him hooked. . Well spent money!

I like the way you think

I wonder who ended up with the Pontiac we had when I was a kid.  My brother had some silver Kennedy half dollars on the dash and Mom hit the brakes-a bunch of silver went down the defrost vents .  I wasn't in the car at the time...

A 45 cal bullet lodged in front passenger seat.  Appeared to have entered through the drivers side windshield, took a nick out of the steering wheel before hitting passenger seat.  No blood, just a single bullet.  Wonder if theres a story behind that?

Whatever you do, avoid the "RV and box van" sections.

I stumbled upon the most heinous, elephant sized freshly coiled up dump inside of a '70s Dodge camper in a Pick-n-Pull a few weeks ago.

I told my buddy to go check it out after we finished pulling some parts. He came out of there like he was on fire
