I bought over $125 worth of gear from a piece of crap outfit called "The Tactical Shop" (www.tacticalshop.com) and they refuse to send me my items (Some BDU's and Bolle T800 Goggles.)

They won't answer any e'mails sent to their 3 different accounts and they won't return phone calls - their number just rings and rings.

I checked with the Miami Dade Civil div. website and they're already getting sued for a breech of contract action and the BBB has 3 complaints against em for the same thing - failure to ship goods.

I emailed em from a different account with a bogus "in stock" question and they got back to me within the hour - but email a complaint and you never hear from him. The guy is still operating, taking folk's money and not sending them gear.

Any info you could provide for this outfit, including a valid phone number would be greatly appreciated!
