The only problems I see over there are the two people that run the place (Cool and BOG). I have never seen such pollution of a decent gun site in my life. I plan to visit more often..but I must remember to stay the hell out of GD...LOL. ROTFL!!!! |

There isnt any competition in my book. Sometimes, there are sites that deserve a plug and FA is one of them. Just be prepared to be annoyed by cool and bog. |

Cool and C-Rock are wannabe news reporters. Cool being international and C-Rock being local. Cool has his own forum. I cannot understand why he won't use it... |

We actually had to create a "News and Events" forum specifically for "cools" posts so the entire GD would not be clogged with 80% of his links.
I try and keep the posts moved to N&E as often as possible but I've been busy with the Cav Arms thing. |

What you have to remember about FA.com is that it is NOT ar15.com. It isn't trying to be ar15.com. And if it did, it could only be a imitation of ar15.com. Any why bother with that?
FA.com is kinda the "old ar15", kinda the "Lodge" and a few other elements of other ideas. It has it's own advantages and disadvantages. It is all the things, that for various reasons, don't work at ar15.com. So enjoy it as the alternative it is, but don't make the mistake of seeing it as a substitute. |

Verizon really sucks when it comes to high speed internet. The problem is that we live in an area that dosen't offer many choices when it comes to broad band. My router doesn't know what to do with all the extra traffic, so it does what any good LinkSys router would do - it locks. I may have to get a new router here soon if flashing it with the latest drivers doesn't work. Tim |

That's true also. I've had more problems with the service lately. It used to be better than the AT&T service but now I'm starting to wonder. HOLY COW! I, dave223, for the first time in 2 years (+/-) have a thread that went to 43 posts. After posting only things I found interesting such as news links, pics of my guns, pics of my family with guns, pics of our property and the animals we have harvested, and some other AR15 in general stuff.....I finally realize what it takes to get responses......
