Thinking I should get the SSA-Enhanced. I have never used a Geissele trigger, so I'm ordering in the dark. Which would you guys recommend for this rifle?
Colt Tactical Carbine w/ 16" heavy barrel. 4X ACOG. M4-2000 suppressor

I have the SSA-E and really like it but if I was going to do it again I would buy the super 3 gun with the flat trigger

Bought a SSA-E then to save a few bucks I went with a G2S for the next trigger as everyone was saying in a blind test you wouldn't be able to pick a SSA from a G2S, if thats the case for my next trigger I'll skip the SSA and go back to the SSA-E,,, ymmv

if you're a bench shooter or a hunting ssa-e is nice. you know when it's gonna break. cat's ass imho as that's usually my applications.
if you want a single stage, s3g is nice but is heavier and single stage. If it's only for home defense, leave it stock... I think they have better descriptions and uses for them on their web site. |

I like the SSA (or G2s) for a standard carbine, but I go for the SSA-E on SPR builds.

SSA for anything that you would use for home defense. SSA-E for a nice scoped target shooter. Their description of the SSA breaking like a carrot and the SSA-E breaking like a candy cane is 100% accurate. I love the way the SSA works with my 16" Home Def carbine, light but not too light. I'm getting the SSA-E for my next project = a free floated 20" HB + a nice Leupold scope.

I have the SSA in my Precision AR. It's an amazing trigger if you like two-stage.
I would love to hear if anyone makes a similarly nice single-stage trigger, especially Geisselle? |

I have all Geissele triggers in all my AR, except the 9mm, which have factory.
SSA for almost all, SSA-E for the precision rifle support role, and S3G is in my 3 gun rifle/carbine. |

Can't help you on a choice. I only have the SD3G, and I love the flat trigger bow.

I'm rockin' the SD3G on one of my carbines and I love it. The flat trigger gives it a nice feel (and looks cool). This trigger is EXTREMELY sensitive, especially with the lightweight spring installed.
