In response to the poll question. If I were the seller, I would be using the money you sent me to have a new barrel shipped to you. If I never got the refund, that would be the price for being a dumb ass and not taping the package as well.

Was it insured to it's proper value, or just the given $50..? And yep. Seller eats it.

IMHO, it sounds like you're being awfully loud about this. He does owe you a refund, and ASAP but let him make it right or post up the PMs from you/him proving this is an ongoing, unresolved issue |

This thread reinforced one thing I already knew and taught me two new things.
1) Tape packages up well before you ship. Seems pretty straight forward. and the new things I learned: 2) I didn't know linking to EE feedback threads was kosher in GD 3) I didn't know random folks not involved or moderating could comment on EE feedback threads. |

So you bought it in the EE on 10/25, you received it on 10/28 (today) and you already have a complaint on the EE and here?
Am I missing something or are you just really impatient? Has he refused to refund your money? Has he told you to get fucked? Or are you just really in a hurry? |

Devils Advocate: How does the seller really know you never received the barrel? Was there a note from the USPS saying the box was damaged? Did you buy insurance, or offer to buy it to insure against this kind of loss?

Had the same thing happen when I ordered a my SBR barrel for my GSG. The PO said hey would not cover i even though it was insured because it was a "Gun Part" I went round and round with the post master. Finially I gave up and said screw it. It was on EE also. I ordered one from ATI and called it a day.
