This from the New Zealand Herald this morning.

"From the humble sandwich to an expensive salad, there are few dishes that don't taste better with bacon.

And now, the point has been even mathematically proven."

Skip the mayo and add a fried egg and you got one hell of a breakfast sammich.

Makes it ALL taste better?

Did you even read your own link OP?

Pasta and desserts were scored lower with bacon... Not saying that is right, but that is what it says.

No surprise. TN and AL both consider bacon a food group.

Bacon crumbles are an awesome, dare I say far superior, replacement for peanuts in a sundae.

You are a sad, broken individual

Heretical to even ask the question.

You can take the finest cut of meat, the filet mignon, and it becomes an indescribable delicacy people will pay outrageous prices for.  In fact, it becomes the gold standard of savory food.

The same gustatory transformation occurs when you wrap it around what is essentially the cockroach of the sea (the shrimp).

THAT is the power of bacon.

With enough bacon wrapped around it, even a turd could be edible.
