Just got this as an add in on a trade. Just curious as to whether its worth anything? Took a shot in the dark and I figured it was worth $75-$100.

Not sure what series, but it's a big fixed power with adjustable paralax. Mine all say vx-1, 2 whatever. You might be able to call Leupold.

Sorry. It's a variable power. 8x is max and just happened to be in that position.....or at least I think it is. Lol

Just pulled it out and checked it. It's a fixed 8x, the adjustments are 25, 40, 50, 100, 200, 400 and infinity.

Not 100% on the model,  but it looked familiar because my father had one on his 40xb varmint rifle.      This was in the early 80s.    Even so,  for $100 you did not get hurt in the least.       I would buy it



ETA  the current model is an M8 but I dont think it was always called that.

It is a fixed power scope with adjustable objective. My guess is Leupold M8 8x40mm.
