So I bought one of those roaster chickens from Kroger today. I made mashed potatoes and broccoli etc.
Cut the breast and everything looked great. While fixing a plate of white meat for my kid I grabbed a piece of dark and shoveled it into my face.
It seemed a little rubbery so I flipped the bird over and the bottom meat looked a little undercooked.

This was about 5 hours ago. Now my gut is starting to feel like a dumpster at a marina in August.
How long does food poisoning take to set in?
Is the gestation time for the zenomorph 5 hours?
Kill it with alcohol?

My kid gets the guns, ammo and convertible.

I had teh poisonings Thursday night. Give it a couple hours, you'll be spewing from both ends. I'm just now getting back to homeostasis.

Could you please post a list of what you have so I can see if there's anything I want?  A link to a spreadsheet would also be fine.

Their regular roaster chicken or their colossal roaster?  Their regular roasters are about a 4 pound chicken and if you get a pound of meat off them you are lucky.  They always look questionable so between that and the price for what you get I avoid them.  Sam's Club will have a chicken with 3 times the meat, at a cheaper price, and they always looked cooked.  The grease, injected flavor, or something always hits me a couple hours later.  Could just be a reaction like that.

Pray it's just an upset stomach and not salmonella. I spent the first week of that being afraid I was going to die and the second week being afraid I wasn't.

I've been going through the same thing for the last 3 days. Prepare your anus is right.  I think I ate an under cooked chicken breast also.

I'm getting a meat thermometer ASAP.

Go back to the meat department at Kroger and start shouting at them in front of all the other customers"You sold me ROTTEN CHICKEN and it made me have a massive SHIT ATTACK!  Do you hear me?  DO YOU?!?"

Be all psycho and shit when you do this.

Last I checked they were not selling the roast chickens at Fred Meyer (owned by Kroger's?) because of the issue with Foster Farms chickens making people sick. Foster Farms is their source for the chickens they roast in the stores.
I asked the lady at the deli counter about it.

I got the worst food poisoning of my life from one of those grocery store roast chickens. It was about 5 hours after when it started. Was projectile vomiting for 8 hours on and off. It was so bad I ripped a muscle in my abdomen and it has never been the same. I didn't fully recover for several months. Hopefully you fare better

I had food poisoning this weekend. It was either from a Kroger pre-cooked chicken, Subway or the deli at work. I went to a costume party Friday night at 8:00 PM, at 8:15 I started feeling bad and by 8:30 I was upstairs throwing up.

I left shortly there after and came home and went to bed. I woke up every hour to explosive diarrhea and uncontrollable vomiting. At one point I was so dehydrated that I almost passed out walking back to bed. I live alone and I was in such a panic/fever-state that I actually considered calling 911. Thank god I didn't but until this weekend I don't think I truly knew what it meant to be sick.

After about 48 hours I finally had some solid food today.

Boo this man!

OP, somewhere a PETA activist is getting a warm, tingly feeling in his balls. Chester's Revenge, it is called.

Honest to God, we've got some mighty delicate constitutions here.  My husband and I eat one of those rotisserie chickens - from Walmart, no less - about once a week and neither of us has so much as burped.
