Yep, set up your range north and south given the choice. No effect then.

You only need to worry about it if your shooting Artillery miles away. To a Rifle shooter it's useless information.
Most of the shooters don't shoot good enough as it is. |

Wouldn't N-S give you a shift left and right?

No. Shooting west the earth is rising up so you will hit low, and east the earth is falling out from under the bullet so it will hit high. Can be a moa or
10" at 1000 yards. ETA: reversed those directions |

Spin drift and wind would play a bigger factor at 1000.
