Awesome 10/10.
Can you give details on making the chili powder? I have some Dried Gochu and Pasilla peppers I would like to turn into powder. |
|
I get my dried chilies from the Mexican isle of the local megamart. I use anchos, mulatos, pasillas, guajillos, and cascabels. I use these because they don't have a lot of heat. Because of this I can add a metric shit ton of powder without worrying about the heat, that is adjusted seperately. I rip them open and remove the seed and ribs because they are bitter and contain most of the heat. Then I chop them up and put them under the broiler until they start to smoke (they will start to burn a few seconds after the smoke starts.) Then you just grind it up in a coffee grinder. It doesn't last long unless you have a good container because the flavor will permeate through plastic. I use a glass jar with a Teflon seal.

I don't disaprove of pic, but I had a mod tell me to remove an avatar of similar taste awhile back. |

I can type "fuck" all I want, I can even have it in my signature so it shows on every post but, I can NOT have a picture that has the word "fuck" in it. Go figure... |

You trying to castrate yourself with that Ruger?
Invest in a tripod. |

I like the step-by-step pictures. ARF should do more of that for the basement-dwellers who live in mom's basement to learn how to cook something good.
That being said, 9/10. No beans in that chili. |

Is that a Justin Timberlake bobblehead? http://www.tescovee.com/images/tv_throb_lg.jpg Mr Vee is a badass. he's a big gun rights guy---although he's a little retarded on everything else. His song, "French People Suck" should be supported by ARFCOMMERS EVERYWHERE. Just take a look at the lyrics. He wrote it shortly after we bombed Libya and France wouldn't let us use their airspace to bomb them back in the 80s. |

Not sure about all the hate for the unloaded Ruger that was almost pointed at me when no one was touching it. You guys would really freak if you found out about things called holsters. There are people who use them to strap LOADED firearms to themselves and walk around all day with their pistols almost pointed at them. FFS
