Yes go 3D to get the most out of the visuals. That is really what the movie is about more so than the plot.

What is the difference between IMAX and Real 3D? Is it just the screen size?

To my eye at least... this is a movie that was filmed, and meant to be watched in a 3D format from it's inception. |

IMAX 3D is the only way to watch it. First movie I have seen in 3D that didn't seem like a waste of money.
